MY PHILOSOPHY
My objective is to be engaged in interesting, challenging work that has real impacts that can be seen on the ground locally and are nationally signficiant. Ideally working on strategic government policy and exploring innovative pathways to achieve results.
I have taken career breaks to expand my knowledge, refresh, engage more meaningfully with my young family and explore.
I make the effort to support my colleagues on their fundraising choices, particularly those supporting mental health and well being. This year I am personally supporting two charities:
My values centre strongly on leading by example, conscious that your actions speak louder than your words. In this respect, I make purposeful decisions, delivering what I say I will deliver.
